With this particular floor plan, the often unused living room has be converted to a 3rd bedroom or separate office/den room. Also, in one of the other bedrooms they added a loft area. There's crown molding, pocket doors and a wood burning fireplace in the family room area. There's a breakfast bar and dining area, just like all the others. There's a nice private courtyard with a gate. There are walking/biking paths through out the neighborhood and on the other side of the creek in the back. Check out the large pool when driving around.
